The 2026 Cascades Wedding Show at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes convention center brings in brides & grooms, wedding parties and wedding planners from all over Oregon each year.

The Music Showcase gives live musicians and DJs a chance to promote their services at Central Oregon's largest wedding show!

We are looking for musicians and DJs to do a promotional set of 3-5 songs during the wedding show. Each band will have up to 20 minutes to play and promote themselves on the main stage at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes convention center on January 17, 2026.

Benefits of the performance:

- Tagged on social media leading up to the event.

- Included in the Cascades Wedding Show guide which is released in the Source Weekly.

- Individual space to display business cards at the Registration Booth at the event.

Please attach a high-resolution photo of the Band/DJ or Band/DJ Logo (preferably photo).

All performers and associates shall indemnify, defend and hold Lay It Out Events harmless from and against any and all cost (including attorneys fees), damage, expense, and liability in connection with all claims, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, losses, suits, administrative proceedings or any other claim arising out of any action of the Event Operator, its agents, employees, contractors, licensees, invitees, attendees or representatives in, on or about the Property or which may arise in any way in connection with the Event and the use of the Property.
